Our standard MOQ for custom wholesale water bottles is 500-1,000 pieces. Stock bottles in solid colors are available in smaller quantities for trial orders. We offer flexible Tiered Pricing based on order volume and customization requirements; contact us for a tailored quotation.
Can I Get Custom Drinkware Samples Before Bulk Production?
Yes. We provide existing stock samples free of charge so you can check quality and insulation performance; shipping costs are confirmed separately. Custom drinkware samples carry a sampling fee based on the design and process. This fee can be refunded when your bulk order reaches the agreed quantity. Sampling lead times are outlined below, and refund conditions are confirmed in your quotation.
How Long Does It Take to Make Custom Bottle Samples?
Existing stock samples are ready to dispatch in 1-3 days. Custom samples with laser engraving or UV printing typically take 5-7 days. Samples requiring a completely new mold typically take 15-20 days. Timelines begin after artwork and sample requirements are confirmed; shipping time is additional.
What Is Your Turnaround Time for Mass Water Bottle Manufacturing?
Standard mass production takes 25-35 days after the deposit is received and artwork, samples, and packaging are approved. Our automated production lines have a daily capacity of 30,000+ pieces. We communicate off-peak and peak-season scheduling transparently and confirm your production slot and delivery schedule before the order proceeds.
What Artwork File Formats Are Required for Logo Printing?
Please supply your logo in AI, EPS, PDF, or CDR vector format for accurate printing and scaling. If you do not have vector artwork, you can use our online 3D customization tool to preview your logo layout directly. Our team will review the artwork and confirm production-ready files before printing.
Can You Match Custom Pantone (PMS) Colors for Bottles and Lids?
Yes. We match custom bottle and lid colors to the Pantone Formula Guide (PMS). Provide your PMS color code and we will confirm a sample for approval before mass production. Available surface finishes include Powder Coating, spray painting, and gradient electroplating; finish availability depends on the selected bottle and lid materials.
What Are Your Bulk Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Times?
We offer sea freight in full-container loads (FCL) or less-than-container loads (LCL), air freight, and express courier services. DDP, FOB, and CIF terms are available as agreed for the selected route and shipping method. We also support direct delivery to Amazon FBA warehouses. Delivery time depends on destination, service, customs clearance, and the current shipping schedule; we provide a route-specific estimate with your quotation.
What Are the Payment Terms for Wholesale OEM/ODM Orders?
Our usual terms for wholesale OEM/ODM orders are a 30% deposit and a 70% balance against a copy of the bill of lading or after inspection, as agreed in the order contract. We support T/T and L/C for bulk orders, and PayPal for sample fees. Available methods and final payment conditions are confirmed in your quotation and contract.
